What this website does not do
There are no data entry forms on this website, no newsletter, no visitor analytics tools and no tracking cookies. That is why there is no cookie consent banner either.
Email enquiries
When you send us an enquiry at info (at) eurostaklo.hr, we process the details you have written yourself (name, contact details, description of the job, attachments). We use them solely to reply and to prepare a quote. We keep them for as long as the business relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting regulations), and then delete them. We do not pass them on to third parties or use them for marketing.
Guardian Glass Customizer
The Build your own insulating glass unit page includes the Guardian Glass Customizer tool, which is loaded from forms.guardianglass.com. When you use it, the details you enter and technical data about your browser are received by Guardian Glass. That processing is covered by Guardian Glass's privacy policy, published at guardianglass.com. The tool is not loaded on any other page.
Technical access logs
Our hosting provider keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting. The logs are kept for a short time and are not used to track visitors.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing and to object. Send your request to info (at) eurostaklo.hr. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
Changes
If the way the website works changes (e.g. we add a form), we will update this policy. Last updated: 1 October 2026.
